Roofing Perth operates a referral service. We connect people who need roofing work in the Perth metro area with independent local roofing contractors. We are not a party to any contract between you and a contractor, and we do not carry out, supervise or guarantee roofing work.
Quotes and contracts
Any quote, contract, warranty or payment arrangement for roofing work is between you and the contractor who provides it. Read quotes and contracts carefully before you sign. In Western Australia, Consumer Protection WA can explain your rights under consumer and home building contract laws.
Checking the contractor
We ask the contractors we work with to hold the registrations and insurance the job needs. You should ask to see current registration and insurance details before any work starts, and check that any asbestos removal is done by a removalist holding the WorkSafe WA licence the job requires.
