When you call us or use the form on this website, we collect the details you choose to give us: usually your name, phone number, email address, suburb or address, and a description of your roofing job. We may also collect basic technical information about your visit, such as pages viewed and the type of device used, to keep the site working and understand how it is used.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to arrange an inspection and quote with an independent roofing contractor, and to follow up on that enquiry. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
To arrange your quote, we pass your contact details and job description to the independent contractor (or contractors) we refer you to. Our form and contact systems are provided by third-party software services that store data on our behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires.
Access and correction
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling 08 5122 5252 during business hours. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
